(20) 3 lbs rump roast
(7) 1 pkg low sodium onion soup mix
(7) 1 can beer
(7) envelopes of Au Jus Gravy (dry mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour first 3 ingredients over rump roast and cook at 325º for approximately 3-4 hours until done. Cool a couple minutes and then shred with forks. Keep drippings from pan. Put shredded beef back in pan and pour the dry Au Jus Gravy Mix over and reheat until warm and seasoned from the gravy mix.

For large parties (60 people) - use the amounts in parenthesis. For smaller group, just use the 3 lb. recipe. Still provides quite a few sandwiches.

If you have too many leftovers, you can always add beef broth and serve over mashed potatoes!
