3 tilapia fillets
1 zucchini. diced
1 yellow squash, diced
medium onion diced
1-2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 package Rice Pilaf Spanish Rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup water
3 tbsp butter,
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan over high heat, melt butter. Add zucchini, squash, onion, garlic, and rice/vermicelli package. Stir for 5 minutes.

Add seasoning pack, tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil.

Once it boils, lay the fish fillets on top. Top with lemon slices. Cover and reduce heat. Cook for 20 minutes.
