14.5oz Chicken Broth (or water)
¼ c Soy Sauce (Low Sodium can be used)
2-3 T Cornstarch
1 T Sugar
1 t Garlic Powder
1 t Ground Ginger
½ t Crushed Red Pepper (more for spicier)
1-1 ½lbs Chicken cut up to bite size portions

Mix sauce ingredients until smooth. Brown Chicken. Re-blend and add Sauce mixture, bring to boil stirring constantly until it thickens.
