1/2 pkg frozen spinach thawed and chopped
or
1 cup spinach cooked and chopped
3 - 4 cups minced veal
q cup cooked chicken minced
1/4- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fine bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
freshly chopped parsley
2 teaspoons allspice
2 eggs ( more for softer mixture)
1 clove garlic crushed

In a large bowl Mis chopped spinach make sure water has been squeezed out. veal that has been lightly salted and cooled, cooked chicken minced, Parmesan cheese,bread crumbs. Mix altogether with hands. Then add salt and pepper to taste, parsley, all spice eggs and crushed garlic clove. Mix well with hands let stand in fridge while you make dough.
