1, 2 or 3 racks of Baby Back ribs
Seasoning rub of your choice
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and separate into intact "Three or four rib pieces"
Place separated ribs in a large pot, add water to cover
Add 2T seasoning rub to water
Bring above ingredients to a slow boil for 10 minutes
Drain and cool for a moment
Rub seasoning mix into the ribs
Place on grill and brown
Brush-on your favorite BBQ sauce during the last moments of grilling
Serve with corn on the cob and backed potato.

Parboiling ribs does three things:
Renders most the fat out, shortens the grilling time and produces a tender serving of ribs that will melt in your mouth.

At the onset of grilling I always throw a handful of oak or hickory wood chips over the coals for that extra smoke flavor.

Most times I save the parboil water for a pot of Great Northern Beans.
