Ingredients:  
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons oil
1 large onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped inside celery stalk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large ( 28 oz) time tomatoes
1 cup White wine
filleted salmon

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven type pan ( heavy) pot put all ingredients.

Simmer for 1 1/2 hours adding water occasionally to maintain original level.
Add Salmon filleted which has been cut into serving pieces.

Simmer til salmon is done 1/2 hour.

I serve this with boiled rice and my own Savory saluted spinach
