1/2 Gal. Milk
Hand full of Salt
11 c. Flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Directions:

Beat eggs, salt and milk together. Mix flour and baking powder together and add to wet mixture. MAKES 1 GALLON.

Slice onions and dip In flour and then in the onion ring batter. Fry in hot grease until golden brown
