1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the milk and the butter in a mixing bowl. Add the yeast, and let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add the sugar, eggs, salt, and flour. With a paddle attachment for your stand mixer, mix for a few seconds until just combined. Let this mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
3. Switch the attachment to the dough hook and knead on medium speed for 10 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled.
4. Divide and roll dough into 15 balls. You may have more or less depending on the size you make the rolls.
5. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and rise for 15 minutes. Bake at 375 for 13 to 16 minutes.

NOTES
This escape can also be used in a bread machine maker. Add ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer and use the dough setting.
