1 lb. bulk sausage
9 eggs
3 C. milk
1 ½ tsp. dry mustard
1 ½ tsp. salt
Dash pepper
12 slices white bread with crust removed and cubed
1 ½ C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage, cool. Beat eggs and milk. Add seasoning and bread cubes. Fold in sausage and cheese.

Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator for 1 hour before baking.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
