1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped) or chocolate chips
2 eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 cup mashed banana half frozen

Directions:
Directions:
- Stir dry ingredients in a bowl

- Mix in nuts or chocolate chips

- In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients

- Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients in the center

- Stir till flour is moist and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan

- Bake at 350º F for 55 to 60 minutes

Store six hours to overnight before cutting
