fresh or canned salmon 1tbsp all purpose flour,1 or 2 eggs,small onion cut up pinch salt,baking powder 1/2 tsp,baking soda pinch combine ingredients. skillet 1/4 cup of oil canola oil heat and take a ice cream scoop small and add when oil is hot brown on both sides. keep in mind you can eat these with grits rice or anything you choose.

this is how my mother made them I tried to tweek it but salmon taste was not there so if want that taste to go away you can use red and green bell pepper and bread crumbs to outside enjoy
