(2) Medium Onion Diced
(1) Stick of Butter (8 Tbsp.)
(2) 26 oz. can of Crushed Tomatoes
(1) 16 oz can of Tomato Paste
1 1/3 Cup Vodka
1 Quart Heavy Cream
1/2 lb. Prosiutto (sliced thin)
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Seeds
2 lb Rigatoni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in butter, add all tomato sauce and vodka. I cook at least ½ hour, add cream (add slowly while stirring) and prosciutto (cut into small pieces) and cook about another 20 minutes to ½ hour.

Freezes well but might need to add a bit of water cause it will thicken.
