1 Acai frozen packet

1/2 frozen banana

1 handful (approximately 1/2 cup) organic frozen blueberries

1 handful spinach

1 cup coconut water

2 tbsp yogurt or coconut yogurt

optional:

juice from 1/2 lemon or lime

cinnamon


1-2 tbsp raw nut butter (I used almond)

1/2 sliced banana

1 tsp chia seeds

2 tbsp raw flaked coconut

1 tbsp cacao nibs

Throw all of this in your blender. I use a magic bullet with a single serving blade and cup, which makes it SO easy.
Once this has blended completely smooth, pour it in your bowl and stick in the freezer while you prepare your toppings!
