3 cups sugar
3/4 (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 small can (5 oz.) evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
1 1/2 pkgs. (12 squares) chocolate chips (1 large bag, plus 1/2 cup)
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar, butter and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in 3-quart heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil on medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in chocolate and marshmallow cream until melted, stir in vanilla & nuts.

Spread immediately in greased pan. Cool at room temp. at least 4 hrs. Cut into squares. Store in airtight container. Makes about 3 lbs.

This fudge recipe came off the back of the marshmallow cream jar. It's the only one that I've had consistent success with.
