2 tbsp margarine
4-6 pork chops
1 cup broccoli
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup diced carrots
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
3 slices of cooked bacon
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pork chops in 1 tbsp margarine for 10 min or until brown on both sides. Remove and keep warm. In the same pan, in 1 tbsp margarine, cook broccoli, mushrooms and carrots for 5 min. Stir in soup, milk, bacon and pepper. Heat to boil. Return pork back to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 min or until pork is tender. Serve over rice.
