1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 t. garlic powder
3 T. butter, melted
8 - 10 small Yukon Gold potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Mix cheese and garlic powder in shallow dish. Dip cut side of potatoes in butter and then into cheese mixture. Place cheese side down on baking sheet (I put parchment paper on baking sheet to make clean up easy). Drizzle on any remaining butter. Bake for 30 -35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serve with sour cream if desired.
