1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. (3.4 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg. (15 oz.) OreoŠ cookies, crushed

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for a few minutes until soft-set. Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping.

In a large bowl or 9" x 13" dish, place 1/3 of crushed cookies. Place a layer of 1/2 the pudding mixture. Repeat layer with 1/2 of the remaining cookies and all of the remaining pudding mixture. Top with the remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
