3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions (green part only)
2 tbsp. finely chopped yellow onion
2 tbsp. finely copped celery
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk lightly to blend. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until needed ( up to 2 days )
