(2) pork tenderloins
3/4 cup bourbon
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup Dijon mustard
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger (or 1/4tsp dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and vegetable oil. Add garlic, ginger and Worcestershire sauce. Put in ziplock bag with (2) pork tenderloins. Marinate overnight.

Broil 6" from heat 16-18 minutes. Baste a few times and turn them over or grill 4" from hot charcoal
