12 oz. beer (Carona Extra)
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Diced jalapenos or chile peppers (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Pour beer into a sauce pan over low heat. Let simmer about 2 minutes, then add the cream cheese and stir until smooth. Turn off heat and stir in cheddar cheese until smooth.

Pour mixture into a bowl, garnish with peppers and serve with your favorite bread.
