4 cups chopped turkey (or chicken breasts), boneless, skinless
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 scant can milk
1 onion, minced
1 lb. Monterrey-jack cheese, sliced
8 corn tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the canned soups, milk, onion and chiles into a sauce.
Layer cut up chicken, the sauce, cheese and tortillas in a buttered casserole dish, with tortilla pieces on top.
Bake, covered at 350º for 1 hour, then uncover and bake until top is browned.
