12 sliced white bread, crusts removed
16 oz. can whole kernel corn
4 oz. can green chiles, chopped
3/4 - 1 lb. Monterey-jack cheese, sliced - not grated
3 eggs
2 c. milk
butter

Directions:
Directions:
whip the 3 eggs with the milk and set aside. Butter bread slices and place in a greased casserole. Cover with 1/2 of the corn, chiles and cheese. Repeat for a second layer of each. Pour milk and egg mixture over all.
Bake, uncovered, 40-45 minutes in at 350º oven.
