2 lbs. shrimp, cooked & peeled
3 thinly sliced onions
1 tsp parsley (prefer fresh)
1 (2 1/4 oz.) capers & juice
2 bay leaves
1 cup olive oil or regular oil 3/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Marinade for 24 hours, stirring several times. (Take the shrimp out of the marinade and place on tray.) (Marinade can be re-used.)
