1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick oats
9 tablespoons soft butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 dried cranberries
1/2 cup rough chopped pecans
3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, oats. Combine sugars and butter, beat until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture, then cranberries, nuts and white chocolate chips. Roll into ball, press with fork. Bake 15 minutes until edges turn golden.
