4-5 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
3/4 - 1 cup milk
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and mix with flour. Gradually add milk and mix until the dough is the right consistency- not too sticky. Add dash salt.
Drop by small teaspoonful's into boiling water for 30 minutes.
Traditionally served with blackened or burnt butter.
