1 bag Success rice
4 lean pork chops
salt, pepper
1 tablespoon oil
4 slices of onion
1 1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 packets instant beef broth
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bag of rice according to package directions. Drain and keep warm. While rice is cooking, season pork chops to taste with salt and pepper. In 10 inch skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Remove pork chops. Stir in onion and sauté until transparent; add 1 cup apple juice, ketchup, mustard and beef broth. Mix well. Return the chops to the skillet and add the raisins. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve chops over rice. Combine remaining apple juice with the cornstarch and stir into sauce in skillet. Bring to boil then pour over chops.
