1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 large can of diced tomatoes with liquid
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 small can chopped black olives
2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. cooked hamburger or turkey
12 oz. cooked spaghetti
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook hamburger and drain off fat. set aside Cook spaghetti and set aside as well.
2. In large skillet, sauté onion, green onion mushroom using butter.
3. Add tomatoes, olives and oregano.
4. Add cooked hamburger.
5. Simmer 10 minutes.
6. Place 1/2 of spaghetti in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with 1/2 of vegie mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Then repeat layer
7. Mix soup with water and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
8. Bake uncovered 350 for 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
