4 Lean Pork Chops
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp. Oil
1 can. Mushroom or Cream of Celery Soup
1 C. Milk
4 Baking Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown in 1 tbsp oil in 10 inch skillet. Mix soup and milk in bowl. Put meat in baking dish and pour soup mixture over meat. Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes. The soup mix bakes into gravy. I usually bake 4 potatoes to serve with these chops. Start baking the potatoes 15 minutes before the pork chops. .
