1 Medium Head of Cabbage (green or red)
1 tsp. Salt
1 Carrot (grated)
1 Green or Red Sweet Pepper (chopped)
1 Onion
1-1/2 C. White Vinegar
1/4 C. Water
1-1/2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Whole Mustard Seed
1 tsp. Whole Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage and mix with salt. Let stand 1 hour. Add grated carrot, chopped pepper and onion. In a pan mix the vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed and bring to boil. Continue to cook for at least 2 minutes. Cool to lukewarm and pour over cabbage mixture. Put in freezer containers, then in the freezer. This will thaw in a short time when removed from the freezer and can be refrozen one time.
