1 can salmon, drained
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
6-8 crushed saltines
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well, shape into 6 patties. I dip them lightly in flour before putting in skillet.
Melt margarine in skillet, brown patties until heated through and browned on outside.

To remove bones from canned salmon, remove salmon from can and gently from top of can to bottom. Bones will be down the center, just take the edge of the fork and remove
