1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (prepared using package directions)
2 lb. lean ground chuck
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash parsley flakes
2 cans diluted mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except for the stuffing mix). Separate into 8 portions. Flatten each portion to a large circle on waxed paper. Put a dollop of the prepared dressing in the middle. Fold meat around the dressing to make a big meatball. You don't have to close up the bottom because you're going to turn it over and put it in the dish. Pour diluted mushroom soup over meatballs, cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Uncover the last 15 minutes.
