Brine mix;

2 quarts of cold water
I half a cup of sugar
Half a cup of kosher salt
Parsley
Zest of one lemon
Six clothes of garlic
2 tablespoons of black peppercorns
3 dried Bay leaves
1 C of apple cider vinegar

4 bone-in pork chops 2 inches thick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the brine solution up in a Ziploc or large bowl and add the pork chops and let cure for four hours.

Remove the pork chops and completely dry them. They must be completely patted down and totally drive. Add little bit of oil salt pepper and Grill for about 45 minutes on each side. Place in a preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes more, remove and let stand for five minutes before serving.
