Directions:
Beat eggs and milk together and add the rest of the ingredients Put in a greased 13 x 9, cover and let sit overnight. This expands a little so don't use a smaller baking dish.

Set dish out a little or warm the bottom of the dish with warm water before putting into a hot oven to prevent the dish from breaking.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
If someone doesn't like sausage, you can substitute the sausage and cheddar cheese with shredded pepperoni and mozzarella.

For camping, you can mix everything except the egg and milk up and put in a zip lock bag. When you're ready to fix, add the beaten eggs and milk and bake!

Nice for Christmas morning or guests after church because you can do everything ahead of time and just pop in the oven.
