2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. ketchup (plus a little for the top while baking)
2 tbsp. water
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Reduced Sodium Onion Soup Mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, separate into two loaves and put in baking dish. Put ketchup on top and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º.
