Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. diced onion
1-1/2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
48 oz. tomato sauce (I only use 8-10 oz. in meat)
3/4 tsp. cocoa
10 flour tortillas
Toppings (shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef & onion, drain if too much fat on.
Add 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 8 oz. (maybe a little more) tomato sauce
Set aside.

Make sauce:
40 oz. tomato sauce
Little less than 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning - you can add more after you taste
3/4 tsp. cocoa

Put filling on the tortilla shells. Wrap up ends and roll. Try to figure enough meat for 10 tortillas.
Put a little sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. 10 tortillas will fit in a 9 x 13 if you put them really close. Putting them close also holds them from unrolling. When you get them all in the dish, pour the rest of the sauce over. I try to get a little in between so they're not dry.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, etc.

Personal Notes:
You want some extra sauce so these don't get dry during baking. I did see on another version where they dipped the tortillas in the sauce before rolling up. Messy but looked great!
