Ingredients:  
1 large hen or cooked chicken breasts, cut up
1/2 lb. spaghetti or fetticini
1 small bottle stuffed green olives
1/2 sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. broken pecans or almonds
1 pt. chicken stock
6 ribs celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped
3 T. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. Wochestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion in butter. Add stock and seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes. Add slowly to mushroom soup. Add cheese.
Boil pasta, drain, then add chicken stock mixture. Let stand 1 hour. Add chicken and olives. Pour into a casserole, sprinkle with chopped nuts and Parmesan cheese. Heat thoroughly - around 45 minutes at 350º.
