1 large head of cauliflower
1/4 c. butter
1 chopped onion
3 minced celery ribs
1/4 cup flour
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. cream or milk
3/4 c. Kraft Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the cauliflower. Reserve liquid. Melt butter in a pot, add onion and celery. Cook until tender. Add flour and cook for a minute. Slowly stir in stock and 2 cups of reserved cauliflower liquid. Add the cauliflower, chopped into small pieces. You can use an emersion blender to puree the soup to the consistency that you like. Add the milk, and reheat. Do Not Boil. Add cheese . Serve
