2 lb. of beef stew meat
1 can beef consume, or beef broth if that is what you have
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 T. vinegar
3 T. tapioca

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole. Bake at 350º for 3 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
