2 c. sugar
2. c. flour
2 sticks of oleo
1/2 c. Crisco Oil
8 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. whole milk
1box of powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the following ingredients:
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour

Bring to a boil and pour over the flour sugar mixture 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. Crisco Oil, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. water. Mix well.

Add: 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. buttermilk, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1 tsp. baking soda.

Pour into a 10" X 15" baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Frosting:

Melt together: 1 stick oleo
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. sweet milk

Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add: 1 box powdered sugar, 1/3 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. chopped nuts.

Ice cake while warm...not hot!

You make it in a cookie sheet and cut it in small squares......great for school activities and a real hit with chocolate lovers! Linda
