1 head cauliflower
2 T.olive oil
1 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Toss cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt and pepper together. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and roast until starting to brown - about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and toss cauliflower with vinegar, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven and roast until the cheese is melted - about 5 to 10 minutes more.
