6 Eggs
1 C. Milk
1 C. Bisquick
1 pint (2 C.) Cottage Cheese
4 C. Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 C. Butter/Margarine

Beat eggs slightly; blend with rest of ingredients. Pour in 9x13 glass pan.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes.

Great with Salsa.
Can add cooked sausage.
Make night before and store in refrigerator until next morning.
