6 lg hard boiled eggs
1 T diced green onion
1 T chopped fresh cilantro
1 sm jalapeņo, seeded, finely chopped
1/3 c sour cream
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in half length wise; carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks in sm bowl and stir in rest of ingredients. spoon evenly into egg white halves. sprinkle with chili powder. cover and chill before serving.
