10 c. Rhubarb (cut small)
6 c. Sugar
2 small 6oz Strawberry jello box

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Rhubarb and sugar, let sit over night.
Bring mixture to a boil for 10 mins. After 10 mins. shut off heat and add jello.
At this point you can jar or put into containers for the freezer. Let cool in refrigerator before putting into freezer.
Makes 15 jelly jars
