1 lb Brown Sugar
1 Cup unsweetened Pineapple Juice
2 Cups Sangria Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat Oven 400°

Score Ham pack ham with brown sugar. Roast uncovered until sugar melts about 20 minutes.

Mix Sangria and pineapple juice pour one cup of wine mixture over ham return to oven for another 40 minutes.

Remove ham pour second cup of wine mixture over ham cook 2 more hours.

Start basting every 20 minutes after first hour of cooking lower temperature to 325°
