Ingredients: 1st Layer: 1 C Milk Chocolate Chips 1/4 C Butterscotch Chips 1/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter
2nd Layer: 1 C Sugar 4 T Butter 1-1/2 C Marshmallow Fluff 1/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter 1 C Chopped Salted Peanuts
3rd Layer: 14 oz. Caramels (usually found individually wrapped in the candy aisle) 1/4 C Evaporated Milk
4th Layer: 1 C Milk Chocolate Chips 1/4 C Butterscotch Chips 1/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions:1st layer: Combine ingredients in small sauce pan and melt over medium low heat until melted and combined. Pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Spread mixture evenly using an offset spatula. Place in freezer to set while making the next layer.
2nd layer: Melt butter and sugar in medium sauce pan over medium heat, bring to a boil and let boil approximately 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. Stir until well mixed and mixture looks like nougat. Add peanuts and stir. Spread over 1st layer evenly with spatula and return to freezer.
3rd layer: Combine caramels and milk in medium sauce pan over medium heat and cook until caramels are melted, stirring constantly. Pour evenly over 2nd layer and return to freezer.
4th layer: Repeat 1st layer. Let set in freezer for at least one hour or fridge for 4 hours. Cut and serve, keep leftovers in fridge. |
