2 egg yolks
1 Tbs. water
1/2 C. milk
1/4 C. oil
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
heat oven to 400º
Mix all ingredients together and pour into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 min or until toothpick comes out clean
