2 1/2 lb boneless chuck roast
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
6 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
2 packets (1 1/2 oz each) beef stroganoff seasoning
2 cups cooked noodles
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast into large chunks
Combine roast chunks, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and seasoning mix in Crockpot slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours
Add noodles to crockpot the last twenty minutes of cooking
Stir in sour cream at the end of the cooking time
