Mini Idli - 12
Onion - 1 (finally chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (finally chopped)
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp.
Coriander Leaves - few
Salt - As needed
Oil - 2 tsp.
Garlic - 1/2 tbsp. (Chopped)
Curry Leaves - few
Roast and Ground :
Pepper - 1 tsp.
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp.

Method::
First prepare mini idlies using idli flour and keep aside.Then take a pan and roast the ingredients given and ground to make the masala powder. Take another pan and add some oil and heat it. Add the garlic and curry leaves. Saute for few seconds then add onion, fry till it turns golden brown. Add capsicum, grounded powder, garam masala and salt. Saute all these for 3 min and then add mini idlies, sprinkle some water and mx everything. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
