2 oz bacon
8 oz stew beef
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp marjoram
salt to taste
1/4 clove garlic
2 oz flour
2 pints beef stock
2 cooked potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bacon and fry lightly. Toss in chopped onions. When golden, add beef dredge in flour and let cook together. Keep tossing to prevent burning and sticking. Shake in paprika, chopped garlic, marjoram and salt. When blended add beef stock, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Dice cooked potatoes and stir in 5 minutes before serving.
