2 lbs ground beef 90/10 or 80/20
1 large onion chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp. mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 cup water, crumble 2 lbs of hamburger into this and add the other listed ingredients.
Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve on nice hamburger buns.
